Our Process

Are you tired of waiting for scaffolding that doesn’t turn up on time? Would you like to put an end to cost blow-outs? We make scaffolding services easier to use and safer to trust.

Brief

Send us your requests along with the plans, scaffolding requirements and/or photos of the job. We will liaise with you to discuss the scope of your job to come up with a scaffolding solution that fits your project. If there’s a need, a visit will be conducted to gain a better understanding of your requirements, measure up and take photos for the design team.

Design

Once the assessment has been completed, our design team will prepare the scaffolding plan using our automated scaffolding software and we’ll formulate a quote to be sent to you via email.

Upon request, 3D design/drawings/plans can be provided (conditions apply).

Initiation

Let us know when you’d like us to proceed with an email, call or purchase order, and arrange installation when you are ready.

The Active Phase

We work with you to understand your job scope and create a tailored scaffolding solution. Our design team prepares the scaffolding plan and provides a quote via email, and we can offer 3D design options. We inspect your site for hazards, deliver and install your scaffold, and make any requested alterations to ensure a successful project completion.

Preparation

Once you’ve decided to go ahead, we’ll come and inspect your site. This will help to identify any hazards so we can manage the risks before they can cause harm, and to guarantee the job will work as planned – according to requirements, standards, and regulations.

This step also helps eliminate extra costs or schedule delays

Finalise the Design and Gear List

We then finalise your plans and gear list, based on the site inspection. Any adjustments needed due to site conditions at this stage will be made to ensure our scaffold will meet your job requirements

Pick out and Delivery to Site

We then pick out your scaffold ready for prompt delivery to your site the day before your job is scheduled, ensuring that there are no delays to the installation of your scaffold.

Installation

Installed by our team of professional scaffolders and labourers. Our qualified scaffolders will supply you with a Digital Handover Certificate within minutes of completing your project..

Alterations

Any repair, addition or alterations can be made to the scaffold structure as requested.

Term Hires

We hire aluminium and steel scaffolding to local builders throughout South Australia

We can work with builders of Architectural Homes where we can either give an estimate that allows for a certain number of expected alterations, and work with you to cater for the fact that you may need to make a few changes along the way, or we can provide a fixed price that factors in these changes. We can also give you long term hire periods and discounted labour on alterations on your long term projects.

We know that with long term hire projects small changes might need to be made quickly so we can be reactive and prioritise labour to you, for those kinds of things once the scaffold is erected.

Residential High volume

We specialise in systematic homes – repetitive home designs that require similar scaffold.

All designs fit our own systematic model. This model is ideally suited for medium to larger size builders and can attract our fixed price guarantee to minimise the cost of scaffold,and bring the price of the house down for your clients. Our service brings the piece of mind that comes with staying within the budget.

Low Volume / Owner Builder / First Time Double Story Homes.

Not getting scaffold right the first time can be costly and time consuming. Let us shoulder that stress for you.

With our experience, we can guide you through the best practices, and highlight things to look out for, so you benefit from the trial and error processes that are made by other bigger builders. Involve us in the quoting stage (even before you’ve won the job) as this will put us in a much better position to stay within your budget.

If we’re already involved with your job from an early stage, we have the opportunity for foresight, which means that we are able to assume some of the responsibility to help deliver your project, to your customer, within budget.
